Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full prior to any procedure.
For certain procedures, full or partial prepayment is required.
Consultations:
Photos may be admitted via text message or email in order to facilitate the consultation process. This consultation method is free of charge.
In person consultations will require a standard non-refundable fee of $100, which is to be paid prior to your consultation appointment. The $100 consultation fee will be used towards the procedure if you are a candidate.
Scheduling:
If you are unable to make it to your confirmed and scheduled appointment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time. Any appointment canceled after this 24 hour time frame will result in a cancellation fee. If your appointment was paid for via a third party promotional voucher, such prepaid voucher will be redeemed by BodyGenesys without any guarantee for receiving the treatment. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances by the patient, cancellation fees may be waived at the sole discretion of BodiGenesys.
Packages obtained directly through BodiGenesys or any third party web-sites must be used within their designated timeframe. No extensions will be permitted unless specified under a separate contractual agreement.
Valid credit card information must be provided prior to your appointment.
Vouchers and Promotions:
BodiGenesys offers a variety of discounted services on third party platforms such as Groupon. These third party promotional offers and vouchers are accepted for first time clients only. In order to be considered a first time client you must not have previously redeemed any such third party promotional voucher for any services at BodiGenesys (i.e., as a first time client, you are permitted to use one third party voucher only).
An established client is an individual who has previously received services at BodiGenesys. Third party promotional offers are not permitted or accepted for established clients. (i.e., in order to be eligible to redeem a third-party voucher, this must be the first time you are redeeming any such voucher, regardless of whether the voucher is for a different treatment than one previously received).
Upon request, BodiGenesys may assist with the process of returning and refunding such vouchers for you.
